It'd be cool if they only gave characters made on the 29th a pet on the leap day every four years.

It'd have to be a special pet of course.

So people are creating logs with the dates they create a character and waiting until 1 year later to make sure their mini is there on time? Otherwise, there is no way you could know if your mini is early or late.
